PCard Maximizer’s Summary Report can be run at the end of a cycle or at a periodic time you choose. This comprehensive report, which can be emailed or displayed on your own intranet site, is all-inclusive. This means it eliminates the need to send different reports to accommodate the varying needs of different departments. The summary and detail format allows you to send it to everyone - from senior management to Internal Audit to the cardholders - all with a few keystrokes.

Unlike other PCard reporting tools, PCard Maximizer integrates AP data and PCard data providing the percent of targeted transactions that went on PCard - the true measurement of how well your program is doing. The use of color quickly highlights areas doing well (green), those who are getting there (yellow), and those who need some help (red).
