RINA hosts the web-based software at a secure site.

The hosting site is available on a 24/7 basis.

Each cycle the transaction files are uploaded into the audit tool at the hosting site and made available to conduct the audit.

Customers have secured access levels to the audit tool that allows them to only access and work on specific areas and no others.

There are typically three levels of access:

- The auditor level: This is where the "active" audit rule set(s) are built using the audit rules library. ("Active rule sets are the sets of rules used in each audit cycle.)
Parameters are then established, if needed, for each rule and the rule sets are made "active" to be used in each cycle's transaction audit process.
The auditor level also has the ability to use the rules library and parameter settings to do "what if" analysis. "What if" analysis allows the auditor to keep the active rule sets robust and evaluate the effect rule or parameter changes may have on the audit without jeopardizing the "active" audit.

- The reviewer level: This level is typically responsible for the explanation of transaction violations. A set of questions is designed into the audit tool requiring the various reviewers to follow a set protocol to answer questions intended to explain violations. These answers are then also used to report violation activity, the explanations and the overall status of the results of each audit cycle.

- The final reviewer level: This level is a "read only" level where management can see the results of the audits, the status of the violation feedback and the answers to transaction violations. This level has the power to reject an explanation and then automatically send the rejected explanation back to the reviewer and auditor levels for further explanation.
